ARTIST REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Admission
Artwork entry is free if submitted by the entry deadline listed below; however, all artists must purchase a ticket to attend the show. Admission fees help cover the costs of hosting the event at this venue.

Registering For The Show
The show is open to all wood craftspeople and artisans, regardless of age or experience level. Artwork entries must be registered no later than March 16, 2026. There is no charge for entries received by this date, regardless of the number submitted. Any entries registered after March 16, 2026, including those registered on Friday, March 20, will be considered late and will be charged a $10.00 fee per piece.

Entry Dropoff
Intake of registered artwork will take place on Friday, March 20, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 5:30 PM on the 5th floor of the JUMP Building. Artists may submit their work for competition or, if space allows, choose to place a limited number of pieces on a display-only courtesy table. Space for display-only items is limited and cannot be guaranteed. Artwork placed on the courtesy table is not eligible for competition.
Entry Pickup
All registered artwork must remain on exhibit until released by the Show Chair at 4:00 PM on Sunday, March 22, 2026. All artwork must be retrieved no later than 5:00 PM that day. No exceptions can be accommodated. Submission of an entry constitutes agreement with all policies outlined here, as well as the terms and conditions included in the artist entry registration materials.
Selling of Artwork
An Artisan Sales Booth will also be present at the 2026 show. All on-site artwork sales associated with the show will take place exclusively through the Show Store, which is a vendor location separate from the exhibition. Artists interested in participating in the Show Store should contact a Show official for additional information.

No artwork may be offered for sale within the exhibition space, including competition entries and display-only pieces. While private sales agreements between an artist and a patron are permitted, no transactions may occur within the show area. The display of signs, flyers, business cards, or any other advertising materials is not permitted within the show space.

Artists will have the option to include their contact information on their entry card so that interested patrons may follow up regarding commissioned work or the availability of exhibited pieces.

Silent Auction and Hourly Raffles
The show will also feature a silent auction and raffles that are open to the public. Proceeds from these activities are used to help offset the costs of producing the annual show.

Demonstrations
Artist demonstrations are limited to spaces designated for sponsoring clubs, vendor booths, or the JUMP Make Studio located on the 5th floor across from the exhibition. Private demonstrations by individual artists are not permitted.

Additional Information
The Idaho Artistry in Wood Association, its affiliated clubs, and the JUMP venue cannot be held responsible for loss of or damage to artwork before, during, or after the show.

The Idaho Artistry in Wood Association will also host a Dinner and Live Auction on Saturday, March 21, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM on the 6th floor of the JUMP complex. This event is open to all who wish to attend, including participating artists and their guests. The live auction will feature fine wood art and donated items from participating clubs and community members, continuing a long-standing tradition of spirited bidding and community support for wood artistry.
