VENDOR REGISTRATION
Show Requirements:
As a vendor you must have a current State of Idaho Tax Number and Sales Permit. Use the IAW temporary sales
permit - #TBD when registering for the 2026 show.
Set up will occur between 12:00 and 6:00p.m. on Friday March 20, 2026 and your display area must remain set up until the close of the show at 4 PM on Sunday March 22, 2026. If you must cancel your reservation within 72 hours of the show opening, the refund of your registration fee will be reduced by 50%.
Vendor space will be charged at $1.00/sq. ft. and include one six-foot rectangular table. Vendors may bring their own rectangular tables for display purposes.
